Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Substitution Policy
We make every effort to ensure that the delivered product closely matches the photographs or specifications provided. However, due to seasonal variations and availability constraints, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
The availability of certain flowers online depends on seasonal and weather conditions, and delivery may be limited to specific regions. Consequently, specific flower types or colors may not be available on a given day, and some gift items may be unavailable at the time of order. In such cases, we will substitute with alternative flowers and containers of equal value and beauty.
Please be assured that we strive to maintain the size, shape, and overall color scheme of arrangements, but slight variations may occur due to individual designer interpretation.
For arrangements featuring a single variety of flowers, variety will be prioritized over color. In the case of non-floral products, we will provide substitutes of similar value and quality. Our ultimate aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction by delivering arrangements of equal or greater value and beauty.
